Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains the current use of cookies and similar browser technologies on the Ghost FTP public website. The current pre-release website is intentionally built without analytics cookies, advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

1. Website operator

Website operator / responsible legal entity BRENDIGO LTD Company number: 16545639 Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden , London , WC2H 9JQ , United Kingdom

2. Current cookie use

The current Ghost FTP website does not intentionally set non-essential cookies for analytics, advertising, profiling or marketing. It also does not embed third-party advertising networks or analytics SDKs.

Because the site is static and does not currently provide login, checkout, account personalisation or a consent-management platform, there is currently no functional need for persistent first-party application cookies on the pre-release website.

3. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small pieces of data a website can ask a browser to store and send with later requests. Similar technologies can include local storage, session storage, pixels, SDK identifiers and device-fingerprinting techniques.

This policy uses the term “cookies” broadly where helpful, but the privacy implications of these technologies can differ.

4. Strictly necessary technologies

A future version of the website may use strictly necessary storage where required for security, language selection, session integrity or a user-requested function. If introduced, such technology should be limited to what is necessary and documented here.

Security infrastructure outside the page itself may also use technical controls at network level. Those controls are not used by Ghost FTP to build advertising profiles.

5. External websites

Links to third-party services, Brendigo or other external sites do not cause this website to control cookies used by those services. When you choose to open an external site, that site may apply its own cookie and privacy policies.

6. Consent and future changes

If Ghost FTP later introduces optional analytics, marketing or other technologies that legally require consent, those technologies should remain disabled until the necessary choice has been obtained. A clear mechanism should also be provided to change or withdraw consent where required.

This page will be updated before or when any material change in cookie use becomes applicable.

7. Browser controls

Most browsers let users inspect, block and delete cookies or site storage. Blocking all browser storage can affect functionality on sites that depend on sessions or saved preferences, although the current Ghost FTP site is designed not to depend on non-essential cookies.
