1. Provider and acceptance

Ghost FTP is free software provided by Brendigo LTD. These Terms of Use govern the website, downloads, updates and support services.

By downloading, installing or using Ghost FTP, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. Free use and permitted devices

Ghost FTP is completely free to download and use. No subscription or account is required.

You may install and use Ghost FTP on your personal or work devices for lawful personal and professional purposes.

3. Ownership and restrictions

Brendigo LTD retains all rights, title and interest in Ghost FTP, including its code, design, branding and documentation. Free use does not transfer ownership of the software.

You may not sell, rent, modify or redistribute Ghost FTP installers; reverse engineer the software except where law expressly permits it; or present Ghost FTP as your own product.

You may use Ghost FTP only with systems, servers and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the legality of transferred content and for protecting your credentials and private keys.

4. Downloads and updates

Ghost FTP is distributed electronically at no charge. Download installers only from the official Ghost FTP website and verify published checksums where available.

Updates may add, improve, replace or retire features to maintain security, compatibility and product quality. Update availability and timing are not guaranteed.

5. Updates and support

Updates and support are available to all users. Brendigo LTD may prioritize security, reliability and compatibility work based on user impact and available resources.

Support is provided through the channels listed on the Support and Contact pages, but response times and resolution cannot be guaranteed.

6. Privacy and user responsibility

Your use of Ghost FTP is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, private keys, devices and backups.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Availability, warranties and liability

Ghost FTP is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brendigo LTD does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every server or suitability for a particular workflow.

Always maintain independent backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brendigo LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost credentials, corrupted data or interrupted transfers.

8. Suspension and termination

Brendigo LTD may restrict access to official downloads or support when Ghost FTP is used unlawfully or in material breach of these terms. You may stop using and remove the software at any time.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated to reflect product, legal or operational changes. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised date and apply prospectively where required by law.
